Billy Hatcher

Well, here's another request finished. I was going to start working on this yesterday along with the last request, but I got busy.

This was requested by STORMERS-ATTITOONS. It's Billy Hatcher, the boy who dressed up like a chicken. I don't know much about him, but he does appear in "Sonic and SEGA All Stars Racing with Banjo-Kazooie" and I have played as him a couple of times.
