MLP: PAM S2 E11: Chrysalis' Revenge On Shine

Hello. So, you may remember how Shine got her cutie-mark from saving the Cutie-Mark Crusaders and their teacher, Cheerilee. Well, you are probably wondering what happened to Chrysalis after this. Well, I'll tell you. Shine was very happy she had finally gotten her Cutie-Mark. She thought that it suited her.

Shine: This is a great cutie-mark. I'm so happy I finally have it.

On this very day, she was visiting Canterlot. Suddenly, she then walked into Princess Celestia.

Celestia: Oh! Hello, Shine. What brings you this way?

Shine was very eager to tell Celestia about her cutie-mark.

Shine: You won't believe it, but look!

Shine pointed toward her flank with one of her wings. Celestia couldn't believe it.

Celestia: You've got your cutie mark. I'm so proud of you. ^^

Shine: But, what exactly does it mean?

Celestia: It means that even in the face of adversity, you put others' safety before your own. That takes courage, Shine. Something I know you have plenty of.

Shine:

Just then, Luna came in.

Luna: Hello, Celestia. Hello, Shi-

Luna then sees Shine's cutie-mark.

Shine: Hi, Luna. ^^

Luna: Is that? (Points to Shine's cutie-mark)

Shine: Yup. ^^ It's my cutie-mark.

Luna: That's wonderful, Shine.

Shine:

OK, I'm sure you want to know where Chrysalis went? Well, meanwhile, in a far away land, Queen Chrysalis was plotting her revenge.

Chrysalis: (growls) That stupid Alicorn has defeated me one too many times now. It's time I taught her a lesson. But how to get Shine into my clutches...? I know. I'll turn myself into Celestia, and trick Shine into coming into my trap. Muahahaha.

She then turned herself into Celestia. Back in Canterlot, the real Celestia had gone to the Crystal Empire, leaving Luna and Shine in charge of the castle.

Celestia: I'll be back this evening. Shining Armor and Cadence need my help.

Luna: Don't worry, sis. Shine and I will look after the castle.

Shine:

Two hours passed. Luna went up to her room for a quick nap, and Shine was out in the castle garden. She then heard a voice.

Shine: Huh? Who's there?

Then, Princess Celestia appeared. It was really Queen Chrysalis in disguise, but Shine didn't know.

Shine: Oh! I wasn't expecting you to return so early, Celestia. Did you forget something?

Chrysalis Celestia: Not at all, Shine. Shining Armor and Cadence's problem was very quick. So I got back here as quickly as I could.

Shine: Oh, okay then. I'd better be going home before my sisters begin to worry.

Chrysalis Celestia: No wait. I need your help now.

Shine: With what? I'd be happy to help.

Chrysalis Celestia: Queen Chrysalis is planning on something horrible. I need you to come with me to her hideout.

Shine:  (Eyes widen) I could have sworn that cave-in buried her... of course I'll go with you, Celestia.

Chrysalis Celestia: Great.

So Shine and the fake Celestia left. They weren't aware that Twilight had seen everything and had now begin to follow the two mares.

Twilight: This sounds serious. They might need my help too...

Later, Shine and 'Celestia' arrived at Chrysalis' hideout. Shine felt tense, as if she was being watched.

Chrysalis Celestia: Anything the matter, Shine?

Shine: I got a strange feeling... as if somepony's watching me.

Chrysalis also felt like she was being watched, too. But she decided to ignore this feeling.

Chrysalis Celestia: Let's just continue on to stopping Queen Chrysalis, shall we?

Shine nodded, but as she stepped ahead, she felt something slam on the back of her head. She then falls to the ground, knocked out.

Chrysalis Celestia: What? What happened?

Changeling 1: Knocked her out for ya. Shine's at your mercy, or lack thereof. But anyway, what should we do with her?

Twilight silently hurried back to Canterlot to get help. Chrysalis then returned to her true form.

Chrysalis: Take her to the dungeon. My plan of revenge is just beginning... I'm going to make her suffer like never before!

Twilight arrive back at Canterlot.

Luna: What's going on, Twilight? You seem panicky.

Twilight: Shine has been captured by Queen Chrysalis. The changeling queen.

Luna: Oh dear. We must hurry to her rescue. Guard,

Guard: Yes, Princess Luna.

Luna: Watch over Canterlot until we get back.

Guard: You got it.

And Twilight and Luna left.

Back at Chrysalis' dungeon, Shine was starting to wake up. She noticed that her wings were tied together and all 4 of her hooves were trapped in green goop. When her eyes opened, she saw Chrysalis standing in front of her, smirking.

Shine: You! (struggles hard) What's the meaning of this?! And how did you survive the cave in?

Chrysalis: I teleported away before I got hit. Anyway, you fell right into my trap, Shine.

Shine: How could I have been so stupid to fall for it...

Chrysalis: Now that I have you right where I want you, I'll be able to take over Equestria!

Shine: You won't get away with this!

Chrysalis: I already have.

Voice: No you haven't!

Chrysalis: What?

She looks to see Twilight and Luna standing there.

Twilight: Let Shine go, Chrysalis!

Chrysalis: Never! She's ruined my life and my plans for taking over Equestria too many times! Now she'll pay the ultimate price!

Twilight: Then we'll just have to make you let her go!

Twilight and Luna got their magic ready to fight Chrysalis.

Chrysalis sharpened her horn and began to create a deadly spell and aimed it towards Shine.

Chrysalis: Try it and it's death for Shine!

Shine trembled in fear. But Twilight knew what to do. She used her magic to teleport Shine away from Chrysalis' trap and beside herself and Luna.

Chrysalis: What?

Shine: Thanks, Twilight.

Chrysalis: All this is making me sick! It's time for a real fight!

Shine, Twilight and Luna combined their magic together to begin the fight.

Chrysalis and her army of Changelings did the same.

Luna: There are too many of them!

Chrysalis smirked.

Chrysalis: Attack, my loyal army! Do what you want to Twilight Sparkle and Princess Luna. Shine is mine!

And she flew forward to attack Shine. Chrysalis was about to attack, but Cadence comes in and stops Chrysalis.

Chrysalis: You again?!

Cadence: That's right. Shining Armor and Celestia are here, too.

Luna: But, how did..?

Celestia: The guards told me and we came her pretty quickly to help out.

Shine noticed Chrysalis getting ready to hurl her deadly blast at Celestia.

Shine: Look out!

Shine jumped in and shoved Celestia out of the way, the blast instead hit the blue Alicorn in her left flank.

Shine: GAH!!!

All: SHINE!

They run up to her.

Shine: D-Don't worry about me...

Chrysalis: At last! She suffers! Don't like it when the horseshoe is on the other hoof, do you, you pathetic princess knock-off? (Smirks)

Twilight: Queen Chrysalis, we defeated you once before and we shall again!

Chrysalis: You and what army?

Twilight: This army.

Twilight used her magic to make her friends appear.

Rainbow Dash: What the hay?

Applejack: What's going on?

Twilight: No time to explain. We must use the Elements of Harmony to defeat Queen Chrysalis.

Pinkie Pie: Oki-doki-loki!

Celestia: Excellent idea, Twilight.

So Twilight and her friends got out the Elements of Harmony and used them to defeat Queen Chrysalis.

Chrysalis: What? No! You couldn't use them to beat me before.

Queen Chrysalis and her changelings were then banished far far away.

Twilight: We did it. She's gone.

Luna: But what of Shine?

Cadence: I'll take her to the hospital at the Crystal Empire.

Shine: P-Please hurry...

Later at the Chrystal Empire Hospital...

Celestia: How is she, doctor?

Luna: Is Shine going to be okay?

Doctor: She will be fine. Her status as a princess kept her from getting too badly hurt.

Twilight: Oh thank goodness. ^^

Rarity: Is she well enough to come home?

Doctor: She will need some resting for a bit, but she should be home by tomorrow.

Cadence: We understand. We're just happy she's okay.

Shine then started to wake up.

Shine: C-Celestia...? Cadence...?

Both: Shine.

Celestia: Thank goodness you're OK.

Applejack: Y'all almost gave us heart attacks, sugarcube.

Pinkie: I'll say.

Shine: I'm sorry, everypony.

Celestia: All is forgiven, Shine.

Shine:

Shine was very lucky to have such good friends by her side.

Shine: ^^
