MLP: PAM S2 Fanfic 3: Ahuizotl's Revenge

This morning in Ponyville, Cal and Rainbow Dash were reading some Daring Do books. Then Robyn and Tom and Jerry came to them.

Robyn: Hi guys. What are you doing?

Cal: We're reading Daring Do.

Rainbow Dash: These books are awesome. In fact, last year, we even got to meet Daring Do in person. And then we helped her defeat Ahuizotl and then she wrote all about it. She actually writes the books.

Tom then pointed to the name "A. K. Yerning" and then looks at Robyn.

Robyn: What's that, Tom? Oh. Tom wants to know why the author's name says "A.K. Yerning."

Rainbow Dash: That's just her pen name.

Robyn: Oh. Makes sense.

Rainbow Dash: Probably doing her adventures to stop Ahuizotl and writing more books.


Meanwhile in the woods, Dark Cal somehow managed to escape into Equestria again.

Dark Cal: Man! I keep failing to Agent Lewis I wish I had someone who can help me

Then Dark Cal bumped into Ahuizotl.

Ahuizotl: Hey watch where you're going pal!

Dark Cal: Well, sorry.

Ahuizotl: Can't you see I'm trying to retrieve the Golden Cup of Time? It's really hard since I've got this pony trying to stop me.


Dark Cal: What pony?

Ahuizotl: Daring Do.

Dark Cal: Who's Daring Do?  

Ahuizotl: Daring Do is this tan pegagus pony who's always getting in my way.

Dark Cal: So is Agent Lewis!

Ahuizotl: Who's Agent Lewis?

Dark Cal: he's that brownish pony with the wavy hair

Ahuizotl: Oh yeah I remember him. He and Daring Do were getting in my way when I tried to take that gold coin away from them.

Dark Cal: I can help you get that cup of time.

Ahuizotl: That would be great but what about Daring Do and Cal Lewis?

Dark Cal: Last time I checked, Agent Lewis was back in Petropolis. But I don't know for sure.

Back with Cal, Robyn, Tom, Jerry and Rainbow Dash.

Rainbow Dash: Hey, I've got a great idea.

Cal: What is it Rainbow Dash?

Rainbow Dash: Why don't we go and visit with Daring Do?

Robyn: But, you said she could be busy writing her books or being on another adventure.

Rainbow Dash: Yeah, but my friends and I all helped her once and I got to star in her next book after that. I even got the first copy.

Robyn: (sighs) Alright.

Cal: I'm going with you. How about you Tom and Jerry?

Tom and Jerry nodded yes. Just then, Dudley, Kitty, the rest of the Mane 6, and I showed up.

Kitty: Hey guys.

Rainbow Dash: Hey, Kitty. Hey everyone.

Twilight: You all look pretty happy. What's going on?

Robyn: We're going to meet Daring Do.

Kitty: But isn't she busy?

Eli: Kitty's got a point. You might want to let her do her work.

Dudley was jumping up and down with excitement.

Dudley: I want adventures! I want adventure!

Pinkie then joins in.

Pinkie: Me too! Me too!

Applejack: As if one Pinkie just wasn't enough.

Rainbow Dash: Then come on. Let's go see Daring Do.

Cal: Yeah.

Kitty: Alright.

Twilight: Why not.

So we all start on the adventure to Daring Do's cottage.

Cal: There it is.

We all ran over to it and look through the window. But we didn't see Daring Do.

Eli: Uh, guys. I don't think she's here.

Twilight: I told you, she could be out on one of her adventures.

Cal: Aww.

Dudley then noticed a couple of ponies who work for Ahuizotl.

Dudley: Uh guys, I think we better hide.

Kitty: Why Dudley?

Dudley: Would you trust those guys? (Pointing over to them)

Cal: I don't know.

Dudley: I wouldn't.

Kitty: I think we should hide.

Eli: Good idea.

So we all hide in the bush as the suspicious ponies walk by.

????: So what is Ahuizotl's plain?

????2: He's planning on capturing the Golden Cup of Time and use it to change history.

Eli: Change history?!

????: Who's there?

But he didn't see anyone.

????: Oh well. Back to work.

They then walk off. We then pop out of the bush.

Rarity: We can't let them change history.

Rainbow Dash: We got to go and help Daring Do.

Twilight: But, how are we going to find her? She could be anywhere in this jungle!

Cal: Then let's go find her.

So we go off.

Fluttershy: Daring Do should be here somewhere.

Robyn: But where would she be?

Tom and Jerry looked up and saw Daring Do dashing through the trees. Jerry tugged on Robyn's mane.

Robyn: What is it, Jerry?

Jerry pointed to Daring Do and Robyn saw her.

Robyn: Guys, Tom and Jerry found Daring Do. She's up there.

We all stopped.

Rainbow Dash: Daring Do!

Rainbow Dash flew up to her.

Rainbow Dash: Remember me? Me and my friends helped you out one time!

Daring Do: Rainbow Dash?

Then she gasped when she saw Cal.

Daring Do: Cal, you're back!

Daring Do flew down and hugged Cal. Robyn, Tom, Jerry and I were confused. Daring Do and Cal met before?

Eli: You know each other?

Daring Do: Yep, he helped me the first time he came here.

Eli: Oh. That's cool. It's good to meet you, Daring Do. My name is Eli.

Robyn: I'm Robyn, and this is Tom and Jerry.

Daring Do: Nice to meet you guys.

Cal: So out stopping Ahuizotl again?

Daring Do: That's right.

Kitty: Well, we just heard he was going after the Golden Cup of Time.

Dudley: We heard it from those...ponies....that looked like they weren't to be trusted.

Daring Do: Caballeron!

Cal: Oh him.

Dudley: Caba who?

Daring Do: Caballeron. A pony who works for Ahuizotl.

Eli: Oh. So that's what he's called. You know Dudley and Kitty, right?

Daring Do: Yes. I meeted them too.

Kitty: We sure did.

Rainbow Dash: So Daring, can me and my friends help you out on this new adventure?

Dudley: Will we get to be in your next book?

Kitty: Dudley!

Dudley: What?

Daring Do: Well, I can sure use your help.

Rainbow Dash: You got it.

Fluttershy: Uh, where exactly would they be going for the Golden Cup of Time?

Daring Do: I don't know. But we got to check it out.

So we all travel until we reach a temple where we see Dark Cal and Ahuizotl at.

Eli: Look guys, it's Ahuizotl.

Fluttershy: (Gasps) But look who else is there!

Pinkie: What are we going to do?

Rarity: Dark Cal and Ahu-what's-his-name are working together.

Eli: We can't let them happen now, can we?

All: Nu-uh.

So we find another entrance to the temple.

Eli: You know, this is kind of like the Legend of Zelda games. Going in a temple.

Daring Do: What is the Legend of Zelda anyway?

Eli: Oh. Legend of Zelda is a video game series about this hero in green clothes who goes on an adventure to fight evil.

Daring Do: Okay. That sounds a bit like me.

So we all went inside the temple.

Daring Do: Be careful everypony. We don't want to get caught.

Pinkie: Why not?

Daring Do: Haven't you read my books?

Pinkie: Yes.

Daring Do: And how you've seen that I've gotten captured so many times?

Pinkie: Yes.

Daring Do: We don't want that happening to all of you.

Kitty: I think it might be best if we all split up.

Applejack: Are you kidding, Kitty? We should stick together.

Kitty: (Sighs) OK, Applejack.

Daring Do: Let's all stay together and look for Ahuizotl and...what was his name?

Cal: Dark Cal.

Daring Do: Dark Cal.

Later on while we were still going through the temple, Cal asked Daring Do what the plan was.

Cal: So what's the plan?

Daring Do: First, we need to find the Golden Cup of Time.

Dudley: And then what?

Daring Do: Then, we put it somewhere where Ahuizotl will never find it.

Robyn: Sounds like a plan.

Tom and Jerry nodded in agreement.

Cal: Well, come on. Let's go.

So we continue on into the temple. Meanwhile, with Ahuizotl and Dark Cal,

Dark Cal: So what are we doing?

Ahuizotl: We're looking for the Golden Cup of Time. Daring Do is sure to be on our trail right now.

Dark Cal: I better make sure she doesn't.

And Dark Cal goes off looking. Back with us,

Cal: Come on. I'm sure we're almost there.

We then found the room where it was waiting.

Twilight: There it is.

It was high on top of a pole. A pole that was too high for anypony on the ground the reach.

Rarity: It looks like somepony will need to fly up there.

Kitty: Well, 4 of us are fliers.

Dark Cal: Oh no you don't!

We turned to see Dark Cal.

All: Dark Cal!

Daring Do: That's Dark Cal?

Cal: Sure is.

Cal charged for Dark Cal.

Cal: I'll keep him busy. Get the cup.

Rainbow Dash: On it. Come on, Fluttershy, Twilight, and Daring Do. Let's do it.

Dark Cal pushed a button and dropped a net on Cal.

Dark Cal: HA! Got you! Now to capture Daring Do.

Dudley and Kitty got in his way.

Kitty: You'll have to go past us first.

Dudley: And nobody gets past TUFF's two greatest agents.

Dark Cal: Oh yeah?

Twilight and the three Pegasus ponies proceed to get the Golden Cup of Time. But then, Ahuizotl appeared.

Ahuizotl: It's almost time. (Evil gins)

All: Ahuizotl!

Eli: Quick, grab the cup. I'll try to help Cal.

Twilight: Good luck, Eli.

I run over to Cal.

Eli: Don't worry, Cal. I'll just use my quills to-oh no. I forgot. I don't have my quills.

Then Eli and Cal saw Kitty and Dudley tied up by Dark Cal.

Eli: Oh no, guys. What can I do? I don't have my quills to cut the rope.

Kitty: We'll figure this out, Eli. Go help Twilight and the others.

Eli: Right, Kitty.

And I go off to help the Mane 6.

Dark Cal: Will just see about that.

Dark Cal then ran after me.

Eli: (In thought) Oh no. He's after me, what do I do? I got it!

I then stop. Just before Dark Cal had a chance to stop, I gave him a kick. Meanwhile, back with the other ponies,

Twilight: We almost have it.

But then the cup dropped to the ground.

Twilight, Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash and Daring Do: Oh no.

Luckily, Robyn caught it.

Robyn: I got it! Pinkie, catch!

Robyn threw it to Pinkie and Pinkie caught it.

Pinkie: OK. Now what do with do with it?

Robyn: Just run!

Robyn: But what about Dudley, Cal, and Mom?

Applejack went to untie Dudley and Kitty.

Applejack: They're alright now.

Cal: A little help please?

Applejack then went to take the net off Cal.

Applejack: There you go, Cal.

Cal: Thanks, Applejack.

Applejack: You're welcome. Now let's get going.

Cal: Right.

Kitty: Let's go.

We all headed for the exit.

Daring Do: OK, now that we have the cup, any idea of what we can do with it?

Dudley: I could bury it.

Kitty: But somebody could still find it.

Dudley: You're right.

Eli: I'd say we need to get rid of it from the world like, throw it into a lava pit.

Daring Do: Well, we have no choice.

Dudley: Seriously?

Eli: It was the only thing I could think up.

Twilight: But where are we going to find a volcano?

Cal: Yeah?

Daring Do: I got it covered.

Cal: Okay.

Robyn: Let's get going.

So we all follow Daring Do to the volcano she knew about, but little did we know that Ahuizotl and Dark Cal were on our trail.

Dark Cal: Let's get them.

Ahuiztol: Yes. Let's!

And they went after us. Tom and Jerry saw then and they tried to tell Robyn.

Robyn: Not now. We're hurrying to the volcano!

Tom and Jerry kept trying to tell her.

Robyn: Stop it guys!


But then, she sees the bad guys herself.

Robyn: Uh oh. Guys, we're being followed.

Kitty: Cal, Eli, distract them while we get to the top.

Eli: Alright, Kitty.

So Cal and I went to distract the villains.

Cal: Freeze Dark Cal!

Eli: You too, Ahuizotl.

Dark Cal: Now what?

Ahuizotl: I'll just call for my army.

Dark Cal: Good idea

Ahuizotl called for his army and they showed up.

Eli: Uh oh. Looks like we'll have to do some serious fighting here.

Cal: Yep.

The cat came in last.

Eli: We've got to hold them off until Daring Do and the others throw the cup into the volcano.

Cal: Alright, Eli.

Meanwhile, the others make it to the top.

Twilight: Phew. We made it.

Daring Do: Great. Now to drop the cup into the volcano.

Fluttershy: I hope this is a good idea.

Rainbow Dash: Why wouldn't it be?

Fluttershy: Do we know what could actually happen?

Rainbow Dash: No.

Fluttershy: Just think. What if an explosion happens and all of life as we know it ceases to exist?

Pinkie: Silly, Fluttershy. That sort of thing couldn't happen.

Fluttershy: Oh.

Kitty: Let's just get it over with.

Fluttershy: Alright. Go ahead, Daring.

Daring Do gets ready to drop the cup.

Meanwhile back with me and Cal,

Cal: I wonder how the others are doing?

Eli: I sure hope they get there soon.

Then suddenly, we heard a boom sound.

Eli: What was that?

Cal: I think they did it!

Ahuizotl: What? Nooooooo!

They return to us.

Kitty: We did it guys.

Rainbow Dash: The Golden Cup of Time is history!

Daring Do: We were a bit concerned about the explosion, but everything seems alright now.

Ahuizotl: This isn't over! I'll be back!

Ahuizotl and his army ran away. Dark Cal tried to run off, too. But Cal stopped him.

Dark Cal: Rats! Captured by TUFF again!

Cal: Not only TUFF,

Rainbow Dash: But also Equestria.

Dark Cal: GRRRRR.

Daring Do: Well, that's for the adventure. Now I have a book to write. You'll be the first ones to get copies once I've finished it.

And with that Daring Do flew away.

Eli: That was some adventure, wasn't it?

Cal: Yep, it sure was.

Rainbow Dash: I sure hope we all get to be in her next book.

Robyn: That will be exciting.

Tom and Jerry nodded in agreement. The next day, Cal got to see his friends while walking in Ponyville. We were all at the restaurant tables talking about the adventure we had yesterday.

Cal: Morning everyone.

Kitty: Good morning, Cal.

Cal: Did the new book come yet?

Rainbow Dash: Not yet.

Cal: Oh.

Rainbow Dash: But Daring Do did say we'd get the first copies.

Cal: Really?  

Rainbow Dash: That's what she did when we first met her.

Cal: Cool.

Later that day, Cal arrived at his house in Ponyville. There was a box sitting by his door.

Cal: A package for me?

Cal took the box inside and opened it, and sure enough, it was his own copy of "Daring Do and the Golden Cup of Time." He and his friends on the adventure were all on the cover.

Cal: I can't believe this

Cal ran to get his friends

Cal: Guys come to my house. It's here!

All: It is?

We all run to Cal's house to read it.

Rainbow Dash: That's wonderful.

Eli: Shall we all read it?

Kitty: Hey, there's only one book.

Eli: But wait a minute, Daring Do said that she would send us each a copy of the book. Why don't we go home to see if we've gotten the book too?


So we all left, but then came back, each with our own copy of the book. We were all grinning.

Twilight: Shall we read them all together?

Rarity: That sounds like a good idea.

Rainbow Dash: Yeah. We could all take turns reading the story out load.

Twilight: OK. We'll all read our own copies of the book, and we'll take turns reading it out loud. Who'd like to do first.

Rainbow Dash: Can I go first, Twilight?

Twilight: Sure.

Rainbow Dash: OK.

So we all read our own copies and took turns reading them out loud. It was amazing to read about our own story.
