Perils of Penelope Pitstop WR

One winter day, the wind was blowing hard. The electricity in all my friend's houses had gone out. But I was still active. I invited everyone to my house. It's a pretty big house. It even has a third floor. Even so it was only me. I decided that a good way to make everyone's time good to tell them a story.

Eli: So kids, do you want me to tell you a story?

Jr: Sure. What kind of story?

Eli: Well, have you ever heard of Dick Dastardly, Penelope Pitstop or the Hooded Claw?

Sarah: No.

Eli: Well I'll tell you a story about them. A story made-up by me.

And this is the story I told them. Dick Dastardly was the villain of the Wacky Races. He and his sidekick, Muttley the Mutt drove in their car, The Mean Machine. They had 10 opponent cars. One of their opponents was Penelope Pitstop in her car, the Compact Pussycat. Penelope also had an arch enemy called "The Hooded Claw". One day all 11 cars were in the race. Penelope was in the lead. At the way back was Dick Dastardly and Muttley. They had made plans with the Hooded Claw to capture Penelope.

Dick Dastardly: Okay HC, she should be under you right about now.

He said on a walky-talky to the Hooded Claw from the sky. The Hooded Claw was waiting for Penelope in a helicopter. He ordered his henchmen, The Bully Brothers to go down and captured her. They lifted her out of her car and her car drove away by itself.

Jr: Oh no. What will she do?

Fortunately for her, her allies, the Ant Hill Mob, were right behind her in their Bullet Proof Bomb.

Clyde: Hey, the Hooded Claw has Penelope, Forget the race. We gotta get into Chuggaboom.

The Ant Hill Mob stopped their Bullet Proof Bomb, found a phone-booth to switch into their "POPP" clothes and got into Chuggaboom. They drove back past the other 9 cars. Everyone else wanted to save Penelope too, so they stopped their cars and went to help The Ant Hill Mob. Well, almost everyone, Dick Dastardly continued the race.

Dick Dastardly: Wow, I thought we were just going to stop 2 of our rivals. But I guess we stopped them all. Maybe finally I'll win a race. Muhahahaha.

Muttley: Hehehehehehe.

Sarah: Wait, what do you mean "Finally win a race?"

Eli: With all of his cheating in the old TV show, he never won a race. Everyone else won 3 or 4 races.

Continuing the story: So the Hooded Claw tied Penelope to the ground and had a giant boulder above her.

Hooded Claw: So Penelope, When these rats gnaw off this rope, the boulder will fall down on you, and your fortune will be mine. Oh and before you go for good, I must tell you, your guardian, Sylvester Sneakily is really ME! Muhahahahahahaha.

Penelope: I always wondered why you guys looked a little similar.

Then the Ant Hill Mob and the rest of their allies arrived.

Clyde: Not so fast Hooded Claw, We're here to stop you once again.

Peter: We all gave up the race to save, Pretty Penny.

Luke: Yeah. So surrender or we'll send you to jail.

Hooded Claw: Like I could ever get arrested for trying to kill Penelope?

Clyde: Actually it's illegal to tie giant boulders above the ground around this town.

Hooded Claw: Really? I better stop the boulder, but it was too late, the rope snapped.

Sarah: Oh no! Poor Penelope.

Eli: Hey relax. Penelope didn't die.

Continuing the story: Before the boulder came and hit Penelope, the Mob went and carried her to safety.

Hooded Claw: We'll I'll get you yet, Penelope.

But then the Hooded Claw was hand-cuffed.

Policeman: You're coming with me, Hooded Claw. You're under arrest for tieing giant boulders when it's against to law around here to.

Hooded Claw: Curse you Penelope, Curse you Wacky Racers, Curse you Ant Hill Mob.

The Wacky Races all got back to their cars. Penelope started first since she was captured. Everyone decided after what happened to her, they should let her win the race. After she started, everyone else followed. But unfortunately, since Dick Dastardly didn't go to help Penelope while everyone else did, he crossed the finish line first.

Dick Dastardly: Finally, I won! I won Muttley! And without cheating.

Muttley: Hehehehehe.

But Penelope was just in time to come second. The Ant Hill Mob, Her heroes, came third.

Penelope: Oh well, I don't care about winning the race anyway. I'm just glad I'm safe.

Other Races (Except Dastardly and Muttley): So are we.

As for Dick Dastardly and Muttley, they, being fair winners. Then went off to Pigeon Stopping instead of racing. The End.

Jr: Great story.

Sarah: Yeah. Sure was.
