(Stock footage from Chapters 14-17 are shown during the narration.) Jeff's little brother Austin snuck on board the Red Bird Guardian and traveled to the surface. He found the Orange Sky Bracelet in a cave and was shocked that it chose him to become Sky Orange. Austin helped his brother's team by fighting monsters that Bananabeard sent down to attack, but he would always deepen his voice to keep his identity hidden. Ever since his appearance, the others have been desperate in finding out his identity. Austin himself isn't sure how much longer he can keep this up.

(Present Time.) The others were in the library talking with Headmaster Daschsman. Jeff had something on his mind.

Jeff: Guys, I...I just don't know how to say this, but.....I think....Austin is Sky Orange.

Reggie: Your little brother is Sky Orange?

Tiffany: But Austin couldn't have done great stunts like that.

Jeff: That's what I would think, too. But when I got home from the last mission, he looked exhausted like he had been fighting or something. He claims to have gone for a walk, but something tells me that was a lie.

Dina: Did you tell your mom and dad about that?

Jeff: No, I don't know how they can handle it. I know they have no issue with me being a Skyranger since I'm nearly 19 now, but Austin is just 10. Is it safe for a 10-year-old to fight evil?

Marcus: Well, if Austin is indeed Sky Orange, we need to convince him to tell us for sure.

Headmaster: It's quite questionable as to why the Orange Sky Bracelet would choose Austin when he's not even the same age as the rest of you. Jeff, why don't you ask your parents if Austin had been anywhere during Sky Orange's fights?

Jeff: I...I don't know, sir. I'm just a little...worried.

Dina: Don't worry. I'll come with you to ask them.

Jeff: Thanks, Dina.

So Jeff and Dina went to see Jeff's parents.

Jeff: So, Mom, Dad, did Austin go anywhere in the past couple of days besides yesterday when he claimed to have gone for a walk?

Mr. Pursworth: Well, I think he was just watching the clouds in our yard on the day you told him the story about a sixth Skyranger.

Mrs. Pursworth: No, he wasn't there. I saw the backyard as I was doing laundry and he wasn't there. But I will say that he managed to get the cookie jar off the high shelf by climbing up it.

Jeff: Climbing up on the shelf? (Goes into the kitchen.) I don't see anything he could have climbed onto.

Dina: (Comes into the kitchen.) I think you may be right, Jeff. I don't see anything climbable either.

Jeff: (Moves his hands over to the cookie jar as if he's going to grab it, but then moves them away.) Well, Sky Orange is about the same height as the rest of us when he's in costume, and it looks like he would have been able to grab this cookie jar with ease.

Dina: Mrs. Pursworth, did Austin talk a bit funny when you caught him with the cookie jar?

Mrs. Pursworth: (Thinks for a moment and then a flashback is shown.)

FB Mrs. Pursworth: Austin, how did you get those cookies from the high shelf?

FB Austin: I....uh, climbed up?

(Flashback ends.)

Mrs. Pursworth: He did stutter a bit when I asked him.

Jeff: He stuttered, huh? Hmmmm...

But then, Jeff and Dina got some calls.

Headmaster's Voice: Jeff, Dina, you must hurry to the library. The search for Sky Orange's identity will have to wait.

Jeff: OK. We're on it.

Dina: Sorry, we have to go. It seems like Bananabeard is at it again. Gee, it's only been yesterday since he made an attack. He must want to know Sky Orange's identity as much as we do.

Jeff and Dina hurried out. After they left, Austin peeked out of his room.

Austin: (Quietly.) I-I'm think I will have to admit it to them. Eventually. (Goes back into his room.)

Jeff and Dina made their way back to the library.

Jeff: What's going on now, sir?

Headmaster: There's an issue happening down in another city. I don't know if this monster has anything to do with finding out Sky Orange's identity, but you will have to go down and see.

Dina: Don't worry, Dad. We're on it.

Everybody hurried over to their Bird Guardians and flew down to said city.

Marcus: I wonder what Bananabeard could have sent down this time?

Jeff: I'm not sure, but we better be on the look out.

They looked around for a while until they found a kangaroo lady on the ground suffering.

Jeff: That lady is in trouble.

(They run over to her.)

Tiffany: Miss, what happened to you?

Kangaroo Lady: A walking dart board appeared and got me with his dart. (A dart was shown to be on her leg.)

Reggie: Oh dear. We better get it off. (Pulls on it, but it doesn't come off.) Ah, it's not coming off.

Then they saw a bear man who was suffering from a dart, too.

Marcus: Oh dear. We better see what these darts are doing and where they are coming from.

Voice: They're coming from me.

(Everyone looks to see Dartz, a monster that looked like a walking dart board with robotnic arms and darts on his shoulders.)

Dartz: My darts are making whoever gets hit by them to get sick slowly.

Dina: Get sick?

Reggie: Why you!

Dartz: (Shoots darts at them, but they get out of the way.)

Jeff: Hurry guys, let's transform!

All: Sky Change! (Transforms.)

Jeff: Just be careful not to get hit by his darts.

Dartz: (Goes in to attack. First he fights with Marcus, then Tiffany, then Dina, then Jeff, then Reggie. He managed to knock Reggie to the ground and tries to fire a dart at him.)

Reggie: (Ducks.)

Tiffany: (Shields Reggie.) Don't worry, Reg. I've got your back. (Attacks Dartz herself and fights him for a bit.)

Dartz: (Knocks her off after a while.)

Jeff: Blade Tonfas. (Throws them at Dartz, which successfully gets him.) Aha.

Dartz: (Throws darts at Jeff.)

Jeff: (Jumps to avoid each one.) Hahaha. (Continues to avoid them.) Can't get me, can't get me.

Dartz: Oh yeah? (Looks and grabs a stop sign and throws it at Jeff.)

Jeff: (Gets thrown to a wall and is stuck.) Ah. Can't move.

The other Skyrangers tried to fight against Dartz to protect Jeff from getting hit by one of his dartz. But Dartz throws them to the ground.

Dartz: Now for me to finish off your friend. (Approaches Jeff.)

Jeff: (Struggles.) No. No.

Dartz: (Picks up a dart and throws it at Jeff. It goes in slow motion towards Jeff.)

Dina: Jeff.....No....

(Just as the dart is about to hit Jeff, Sky Orange jumps in and the dart hits him instead and he falls to the ground.)

Tiffany: Ah. It's Sky Orange!

Sky Orange started to moan from this.

Jeff: Wait, he's moaning. Oh dear. It sounds worse than the civilians.

Austin: Uhhhhh.....Help....me....

Reggie: Wait, that voice!

Dina: It is Austin!

(The four rangers went over to Austin.)

Marcus: Austin, is that really you?

Sky Orange looked at the others for a moment, and then nodded.

Jeff: I can't believe it. I was right this whole time! You didn't climb up the shelves to get those cookies yesterday, you transformed to make yourself taller so you could reach them!

Austin: Yes. That's correct. You're not going to tell me that, will you?

Jeff: I'll tell her that you're Sky Orange. That much I'll do.

Dina: Wait, Jeff, should we really do that? I think there's more important matters, like trying to get this dart off Austin.

Austin: Can you pull it off?

Tiffany: We tried doing that already, but they won't come off their targets.

Austin: Please try anyway?

Tiffany: (Sighs and tries to pull the dart off Austin's shoulder, but it doesn't come off.) See. Told you.

Jeff: Hey, what about me?

Marcus: (Goes to Jeff and moves the sign post off Jeff.) There you go.

Austin: (Coughs) I'm....not feeling...so well.....

Dartz: The effects take quicker with children.

Jeff: What?

Dartz: Pretty soon, your little brother will be too weak to fight Bananabeard's army. I'd take the please in doing the same to you guys, but I think I'll let you go and have your fun. (Disappears.)

Jeff: (Silent for a moment.) Oh Austin. I'm sorry this has happened to you. (Goes over to him.) What kind of a big brother am I to let you get into this mess? (Cries.)

Dina: Jeff, are you alright?

Jeff: No. I'm not alright! I let my kid brother become a Skyranger and because of me, he could be gone soon. :crying:

Austin: Jeff....it wasn't.....(Passes out.)

Marcus: Austin? Oh dear.

Tiffany: (Places her hand on his chest.) He's still alive. I can feel him breathing, but he's passed out.

Reggie: We better get him back to Cloudnoia and see what the Headmaster can do for him.

Jeff: OK....I think it's best....if some of us...go back to...the Headmaster...while the rest....gather all...the civilians....to care.....

Dina: I'll go with you Jeff back to the Sky while Reggie, Tiffany and Marcus can worry about the civilians.

Jeff: OK......

Jeff went over to his unconscious brother and carried him to his Bird Guardian.

Jeff: Don't worry, Little Brother. I'm sure the headmaster will know what to do.

Up in the Cloudnoia Library, Jeff laid Austin on a bed. He then decided to take Austin's helmet off, upon doing so, Austin's body returned to its normal size, but he was still in the suit. When he uncovered the helmet, it was indeed the little cat child with yellow fur and brown hair.

Jeff: (Takes his own helmet off.) I just feel so bad about this.

Dina: Jeff, (Takes off her helmet.) it wasn't your fault. Or Austin's, he was chosen by the Sky Bracelet. And besides, you'd be suffering right now if it weren't for him.

Jeff: But I am suffering right now, Dina. My little brother got hit by a dart that could cost him his life.

Dina: Yeah, but that could have been you that got hit.

The headmaster and Owen then appeared.

Headmaster: Could it be you've found out who Sky Orange is?

Jeff: Yes we have sir. And it is indeed Austin.

The headmaster went over to the little cat child and saw the dart in his shoulder.

Headmaster: Oh dear. I assume this dart is from the monster you've faced, right?

Dina: Indeed, Dad. He saved Jeff from getting hit when he was trapped.

Jeff: He's done the same thing to some civilians on the surface. The others are taking care of them.

Dina: Is there anything we can do for the poor kid?

Headmaster: Hmmm. Well, I think the only thing you can do is just defeat this monster, and once he is defeated, Austin and the civilians should be saved. I'll watch over the child, you go and stop the monster quickly.

Jeff: Yes sir.

(Jeff and Dina put their helmets back on and started to head out.)

Headmaster: Wait.

(They stop.)

Headmaster: I think you'll need Austin's shield.

Jeff: Huh?

Headmaster: The Bird Guardians told me that Sky Orange can lend his shield to another member. Put you hand on his shield, Jeff.

Jeff: (Places his hand on Austin's shield and it appeared on his body.) Woah. Amazing.

(Jeff and Dina headed out.)

Later on the surface, Jeff and Dina met up with their comrades.

Reggie: Is Austin alright?

Dina: He should be. Dad's watching over him. He says we will need to stop the monster.)

Marcus: Woah, Jeff! Is that Austin's shield?

Jeff: Yes. The headmaster said that he could lend his shield to another member by having said member touch his shield. So the headmaster told me I needed to borrow it until we defeat the monster.

Tiffany: We managed to get the civilians into a special building where people will look after them. They said it's called a....hospital. I think that's right. I'm not sure.

Dina: Let's just find the monster and save all those people.

The heroes searched for a while until they found Dartz.

Dartz: Aha! It's you five again. I see your orange friend is no longer with you.

Jeff: He'll be fine as long as we defeat you!

Dartz: Hahaha. Bankies! (Bankies appear) Attack!

The Bankies proceeded to attacking the Skyrangers, but they managed to fight them off. (Footage of each ranger fighting them is shown.)

The Skyrangers were then ready to attack Dartz.

Jeff: Alright, Dartz. Come at me.

Dartz: (Shoots at Jeff.)

Jeff: (The dart hits the shield which bounces back at Dartz.)

Dartz: GAAAH! Not on me!

Jeff: Now let's finish him off with the weapons.

(They combined their weapons together.)

Jeff: Alright. Fire!

Dartz: (Gets blasted and explodes.)

Jeff: Ah. Good, he's been defeated.

Bananabeard's ship then came in.

Dina: Oh dear. Now this again.

But this time, no storm cloud came out. Instead, Bananabeard saw that there was nothing left of the monster.

Bananabeard: Blast! That monster must have gotten hit by one of his own darts which made him to weak as he got blown up by their blaster! (Turns around.) Lizahim, that monster was a worthless choice of yours! Go scrub the deck.

Lizahim: But captain!

Bananabeard: No buts! Get going!

Lizahim: (Walks off angerly)

Up in Cloudnoia, Austin woke up to find his parents, the headmaster, and Owen standing there.

Austin: Wha-What? Where am I? Hey, what happened to my shield?

Mrs. Pursworth: Oh, Austin. (Hugs) Thank goodness you're awake.

Mr. Pursworth: We were really worried about you. Mr. Daschsman told us what had happened.

Headmaster: And it seems your brother has defeated the monster.

Austin: With-Without me?

Headmaster: And don't worry about your shield. Your brother borrowed that.

Just then, Jeff and the others came in. (They take off their helmets.)

Jeff: Austin, you're awake. What a relief.

Austin: Yes. I'm awake. Thanks to you.

Jeff: You might what your shield back, huh? (Grabs Austin's hand and places it on the shield and it appears back on Austin.)

Headmaster: The Bird Guardians told me that a child was always destined to use the Sky Orange powers, which is why the Sky Orange powers have a shield. It's to protect the child and make him stronger. But it can be borrowed by the other Skyrangers if they need it.

Owen: And today, Jeff needed it.

Austin: Oh. Uh, Mom. I'm sorry about the cookie jar. The truth is, I didn't climb the shelves. I transformed for a brief moment to get taller.

Mrs. Pursworth: Austin, I'm not mad about the cookie jar anymore, I'm just happy you're alright. Jeff, you will watch out for your little brother as you guys continue to fight this...Bananabird, right?

Dina: :giggle: It's Bananabeard, Mrs. Pursworth.

Jeff: Of course, Mom. I nearly blamed myself for what happened to him today. But, he actually saved me today. And in exchange, I saved him.

Marcus: Well, it's good that Sky Orange's identity is finally known to us.

At last, the identity of Sky Orange has been revealed to the main team. Will a team of 5 teenagers and one child really be good enough to defeat Bananabeard? They'll be sure to fight on during their battle with Bananabeard. The saga of the Orange Mystery has come to a close, but the fight against Bananabeard is not over yet.

Nice.  Makes me want to draw Jeff and Austin helmetless.  Will we see a pic of Jeff in Skyranger form with SkyOrange's shield on?
