TUFF Agents S2 Ep17: The Evil Brother Continues On

Nigel O'Toole is Michael's evil twin brother. Dr. Rabies had raised him as his own since while Cat was under mind control as Madame Catastrophe. However, the TUFF Agents found out Dr. Rabies was really Dudley's long lost father hypnotized to be evil. But Nigel's reason of being evil is different. While Dr. Rabies and Madame Catastrophe were under mind control, Nigel on the other hand was raised to be totally evil and he continues working at D.O.O.M. even after Dr. Rabies' dehypnotism.

(We see Nigel at D.O.O.M. all alone)

Nigel: Curse you, TUFF. Making my father turn good. I'll pay you bad. Muhahahahaha.

So Nigel went over to Shine's house. He slithered like a snake and captured her. By the time she woke up.....

Shine: Wha-Where am I?

Shine then noticed she was tied down.

Nigel: Well, it seems you're a little tied up. Hehe.

Shine: Nigel! What are you doing?

Nigel: Well, let me see. I've be a bit of a lonely boy since you took my father and turned him good.

Shine: He was good the whole time! He was just under mind control just like Mom.

Nigel: Mom...Oh yes. The mother who also betrayed us? My dear master, Snaptrap had created clones of them and I was happy that they were back. But then.....YOU DESTROYED THE CLONING MACHINE AND THEY DISAPPEARED FROM EXISTENCE!

(There was a silence. Shine is shown, then we cut to Nigel still walking around the room.)

Nigel: Oh, but Dark Cal is a good companion. He and I have done a lot of evil things together. Though you TUFF Agents are always getting in the way. Though Master Snaptrap informed me that Dark Cal won't be going anywhere. He's put the cloning machine in a place where you TUFF Agents will never find it. He's also been thinking of bringing the clones of Mom and Dad back, but he hasn't been able to get the locks of hair that he used last time.

Shine: Don't you even know Dr. Puppy isn't even from the same generation as my mom? You do realize that he turned out to be Dudley's father after all and Dudley's from the same generation as mom. There's no way she and he could ever work out.

Nigel: Maybe not for the originals. But the clones sure could. Anyway, (Nigel then pulled a switch and a pool of water appeared under Shine) This pole is slowly moving downward. Soon you'll be under the water and you will drown. Muahahahaha!

Shine: No. I must...call...for...help....

Shine managed to hit the distress button on her communicator. At TUFF, the alarm sounded.

Ian: What's going on?

Michael: I sure hope it isn't anything bad.

Chief: We've got an alert from Agent Songtress.

Keswick: She's been c-c-captured by Nigel.

Michael: Nigel! I should have known.

Ian: Well. We better hurry.

Dr. Puppy: Hold on.

Ian: What is it Doc?

Dr. Puppy: Nigel may be too smart for you. When I was under mind control, I taught him a lot of how to outsmart his enemies. You may need to know some secrets on how to stop him.

Michael: OK, what is that?

Dr. Puppy: Well, sometimes he might make it look as if you've caught him. If this happens, try to to let him fool you. Also, watch out for his knife-spark fire.

Michael: Got it.

So Ian and Michael hurried to the warehouse where Nigel was keeping Shine. She was already halfway into the water.

Shine: Oh. I hope someone will come quickly.

Nigel: No one will ever come. The only way they could do that would be if I told them about my plan. And I haven't.

Michael's voice: That doesn't mean we wouldn't know anyway!

Nigel: What?

Nigel looked up and saw Michael and Ian at the roof.

Michael: You let my sister go, Nigel!

Nigel: Stop me.

Nigel started the rub his knife on the way to create sparks like Dr. Puppy had said he would. As soon as it was on fire, he tossed it towards our two heroes. Michael then got out a water blaster and put the fire out. Nigel was surprised. Then Ian and Michael got in.

Michael: Untie Shine, I'll distract him.

Ian: OK.

Nigel: How did you know about the spark?

Michael: Magic.

Nigel: Father told you about it, didn't he?

Nigel and Michael started their fight. Ian untied Shine and got her out of the water.

Shine: Oh. Thank you for saving me.

Ian: No prob. But now let's help to capture Nigel.

Michael got out his net blaster. Nigel just showed a face as if to say "I'm not letting you catch me", but Michael instead of blasting towards Nigel, blasted it above him and someone Nigel got captured.

Nigel: ERGH. How did you figure that out?

Michael: I was told that you'd probably trick me into thinking I got you when I didn't. So I just tricked you into thinking you could get away.

Nigel prepared the cut the rope, but Michael instead put a quark on it.

Nigel: What?

Nigel tried to pull it off, but couldn't.

Nigel: What is this?

Michael: That's a quark. It's going to take you a while to take that off.

Soon Nigel was put behind bars at TUFF.

Chief: Well done guys. You got Nigel back behind bars.

Dr. Puppy: But I told them what to do.

Nigel: Father, you traitor!

Dr. Puppy: Don't call me father! That's something only Dudley Puppy can do. To everyone else, I'm now Dr. Puppy.

Michael: Yeah. The Dr. Rabies you knew is now gone.

Nigel: Someday, when I get out of this cell, I'll get my revenge on both of you! And I'll find a way to get this quark off!

Keswick: What is th-th-that thing on his knife.

Michael: It's a quark. Dr. Puppy told us to use that once we captured him.

Keswick: Wow. I n-n-n-never would have thought of that.

They do the ending pose and then...The End
