Woodland Squadron Foresger Ch41: Storming Through

It was a great day in the city. Bernard, Natasha and Heather were out for a walk in the city.

Bernard: Ah. Isn't it a great today?

Natasha: It sure is.

Heather: Oh. I don't know.

Bernard and Natasha looked at Heather for a moment.

Natasha: What do you mean?

Heather: Well, what if we have a tornado here today?

Bernard: Heather, tornadoes don't happen around here.

Natasha: Tornadoes are not all that common anyway.

Heather: It could still happen, though.

Natasha: Don't be a silly snake, Heather. Things are going to be just fine.

Natasha and Bernard started to walk again, Heather then caught up with them. Up in Poluton's Castle, Poluton had been spying on our heroes.

Poluton: So, Heather's scared of tornadoes, is she? Well, she should be, because that gave me the idea for my new monster.

So he went to Dr. Quill and told him about it.

Poluton: Dr. Quill, today, I want a tornado monster.

Dr. Quill: A tornado monster? That's going to be quite difficult.

Poluton: Just do it, or I'll dissemble you and make another monster-maker!

Dr. Quill: Alright. I'll do it! But it'll take a while.

So Dr. Quill went to work. Later at the Nature Center, Bernard and Natasha were talking to Ron about what had happened when they were out.

Bernard: And Heather said she was scared that we'd get a tornado on such a nice day like today.

Ron: Really?

Natasha: Yes. She sure did.

Heather: Hey, don't come crying to me when a tornado happens upon us anytime soon.

Natasha: Fine. We won't, because there's not going to be one!

Heather: Oh we'll see.

And Heather slithered away. Hours had gone by since Dr. Quill began work. Poluton was getting impatient.

Poluton: Hurry up! This is taking too long!

Dr. Quill: You've got to be patient. This monster takes a lot of thought to put into. Maybe you should have asked me to make this monster sooner, then I'd be finished by now.

Poluton: I didn't think up the idea until today. The Green Ranger is scared there's going to be a tornado, so I'm going to give her a reason to be scared.

Dr. Quill continued working. It wasn't until the next morning that he finally was finished. Poluton fell asleep, waiting for Dr. Quill to finish.

Dr. Quill: Sire.

Poluton woke up with a jump.

Poluton: What is it?

Dr. Quill: The new monster is ready.

The monster was Tornado Mondo.

Poluton: Aha. Finally.

Dr. Quill: Sorry it took so long. I needed to make a perfect strong wind to create him.

Poluton: Anyway, Tornado Mondo, go to the city and create a strong wind.

Tornado Mondo: Yes, sire.

Over at the Nature Center, the core 5 Foresgers were having breakfast together.

Natasha: You see, Heather? No tornadoes happened yesterday.

Heather: Oh, one's going to happen. I just know it.

Bob: Seriously, Heather.

Heather: Hey, Forest Snake created Tornadoes herself when we've fought monsters before!

Ron: Yeah, but that was an artificial tornado.

Bernard: And we haven't had any battles with the separate Forest Beasts since we got ForesOh formed. So it's not likely we're going to be doing that anytime soon.

Heather: I'm not taking about a tornado from her, I mean one that comes around naturally!

Natasha: Heather, for the last time. There's not going to be any tornadoes today!

Then Canis rushed in.

Canis: Everyone, there's a tornado happening today!

Everybody except Heather gasped.

Heather: I told you so.

Bob: Don't rub it in.

Canis: But this isn't a natural tornado, it's caused by Poluton's new monster.

Natasha: Not a natural one, Heather.

Heather: It's still one!

Canis: You got to go and stop him, right now.

Ron: Right. Come on guys.

Bob: But what about breakfast?

Ron: That'll have to wait, guys.

So they all rushed out. In the city, Tornado Mondo was causing all sorts of strong winds in the city. Windows was being broken open, grocery stands were being blown over, and newspapers were being blown around the place.

Tornado Mondo: Hehe.

Then, the Foresgers arrived.

Ron: Hold it right there, monster.

Tornado Mondo: Hey, it's the Foresgers, I was hoping to see you come.

Ron: Everyone, let's go.

All: Forest Changer!

They transformed and started to fight with Tornado Mondo. They fought as hard as they could, but they seemed to be loosing.

Ron: I don't understand it. We've punched him, but we didn't hit him.

Bob: Yeah. It was like punching air.

Tornado Mondo: I am just air. I'm a very strong wind. Watch.

Tornado Mondo then started to make a strong wind once again.

Bernard: Watch out guys.

Tornado Mondo became an actual tornado and the Foresgers were caught in the wind. Then they were thrown to different locations in the world. Ron landed in the jungle, Bernard landed in Japan, Bob landed in New Zealand, Heather landed in Australia, and Natasha landed in Hawaii.

Ron: Ugh. Where am I? What's this? The jungle?

Ron turn on his communicator.

Ron: Guys. Is everyone alright?

Bernard turned his communicator on.

Bernard: I'm alright, but I don't know where I am. I do however see a poster of heroes like us, but one of them is white when it should be green.

Heather: Very funny, Bernard. Anyway, I'm not quite sure where I am. It certainly doesn't look like any place in America.

Bob: I think I'm in New Zealand.

Natasha: And I think I'm in Hawaii.

Canis heard about the news.

Canis: Oh dear. We must find the Foresgers and bring them back. But where exactly are they? Wait, I know.

Canis went outside and called for the Forest Beasts of Fox, Raccoon, Bear, Snake, and Rabbit.

Canis: Forest Beasts, your Foresger companions have been scattered throughout the world by Poluton's latest monster. You must go and track them down.

So the Forest Beasts split up to find their Foresger companions. Ron was still on the jungle, trying to find his way out and to hopefully get some help. He was coming across all sorts of different things he never saw before. (It happened to be the same jungle as the one Dudley and Kitty went to in Flower Power) He came across a strange looking animal that was very tall.

Ron: Wha-What are you?

(It was the UUUGH, but Ron didn't know about it.)

Ron: I-I hope you're friendly.

Just then, Ron felt the ground shaking, the UUGH ran away. Ron then looked and saw it was Forest Fox.

Ron: Forest Fox, you've come to same me.

Ron quickly jumped on board Forest Fox.

Ron: Now, Forest Fox. We've got to return home and stop Tornado Mondo.

The other Forest Beasts found their Foresgers and returned home. Poluton saw what had happened.

Poluton: It can't be. The Forest Beasts brought the Foresgers, back. No matter. I'll just make Tornado Mondo grow giant.

Poluton's staff released it's energy and Tornado Mondo grew. The Forest Beasts soon gathered.

Ron: Guys. It's good to see you all back safe and sound.

Bernard: Well, the people in the place I went to was real nice. Even if I couldn't understand what they said.

Bob: But now we're here and ready to take down Tornado Mondo.

Ron: Alright. ForesOh, Combine!

They Forest Beasts formed ForesOh.

Tornado Mondo: You think you can just return from where I sent you off to and come and hurt me? If you couldn't hit me, neither can your giant robot.

Ron: He's right guys. What should we do?

Bernard: Wait. I know, Heather, Forest Snake can create her own tornadoes, right?

Heather: Yeah.

Bernard: Why, why doesn't she do that right now?

Heather: Just after forming ForesOh?

Ron: We wouldn't have done it if we'd realize this sooner. But we can keep ForesOh assembled outside of separating Forest Snake.

Heather: Alright.

Forest Snake was soon separated from ForesOh, leaving it as a one-armed robot.

Heather: Alright, now for Forest Snake's tornado power.

Forest Snake started to spin her tail to create the tornado and Tornado Mondo was caught in it.

Heather: There, that should do it. Reforming with ForesOh.

Forest Snake then returned to ForesOh, and it was complete again.

Ron: Good work, Heather. Now to finish this. Forest Sword!

The Forest Sword came in and ForesOh grabbed it. And did the finisher on Forest Snake's tornado containing Tornado Mondo. An explosion was heard inside the tornado and when it faded away, there was nothing left.

Ron: Alright. We did it.

Natasha: I swear, Poluton is just getting better and better with his monsters.

The Foresgers returned to their civilian modes and returned to having breakfast.

Bernard: Well, nothing like a good fight in the morning to work up an appetite.  

Heather: I'll say.

Natasha: I guess Heather was...sort of right about the tornado.

Heather: Sooooort of right?

Natasha:......Alright. Completely right.

Heather: Better.

So the battle keeps going for our heroes, but how soon will they finally defeat Poluton? Until the day comes that they finally defeat Poluton, they have to keep fighting to protect their planet.
